Web Design | OWC Digital

OWC Digital's products are some of the best you'll find. We created a landing page and digital ad campaign to show creative professionals how easily OWC products can enhance their daily workflow.

'Connect Everything'

Digital Ad Campaign

The "Connect Everything" campaign uses a clean, tech-forward look to show how OWC products fit into creative workflows.

Illustration and product photography meet where creatives actually work, somewhere between the technical and the artistic.

Click-through rates grew over 300% during the six months I ran OWC's digital ads.

Campaign Landing Page

This webpage executes "Connect Everything" through a blend of product photography and illustration. The ads and the landing page share one visual language. Same illustration style, same OWC blue, same cable accents doing the same job.

Design continuity helped the click-through rate climb. When the ad and the destination read as one system, nothing about the click feels like a gamble.

Every product sits in its own vertical band with room to breathe. Product photography grounds the hardware as real. Illustration builds the world around it. Colorful scenes and simple type means the page reads like a catalog.

In Design I see working within a set style guide as a gift. It tells you what's fixed so you can spend your creativity everywhere else. Signature blue on the palette, brand voice intact, product photography handled the way OWC treats it. The room to move came from what I built around the products.

The result: technical precision from the photography, storytelling from the illustration, and one visual language that positions OWC as the connector in a creative workflow.

Think Green @ OWC

Think Green Microsite

For the Think Green micro-site I was responsible for the logo design, UX/UI, and frontend development to showcase OWC's environmental impact and LEED achievements. The brief was clear, take inspiration from Apple's environmental site of the time, and build something that could carry OWC's sustainability story.

While at OWC, I learned that the best design decisions are made with the developer in the room. I designed the logo, the site, and partnered closely with our lead developer through every phase, so the visual choices and the code choices stayed in conversation. If a mockup was going to age into a maintenance nightmare, we caught it before it shipped. If accessibility needed the design to bend, we bent it and moved on.

For the logo, I explored ways to blend natural elements with OWC's established brand. Sprouts, wind turbines, growing trees. The natural elements do the storytelling. The typography keeps it professional.

The mockups shows the final design. We used media queries and JavaScript to swap background images based on screen size, so the visuals stayed high-impact without loading oversized assets on smaller devices. Small technical decisions, big performance payoff.

Every type decision on this site is doing a specific job. Headers sit low over each hero so the imagery gets a beat before the copy arrives, giving the page an Apple-environmental rhythm from the top.

Every page was wireframed and mocked up with accessibility in mind. The graphics and code were built to be maintained, not just shipped. That mindset, thinking about the person who inherits the work as much as the person who sees it, is something I carry into every project.

The site moves through OWC's environmental initiatives in sections, using a mix of photography, illustration, animation, and data visualization to carry complex information. Visual consistency holds the whole thing together. The technical implementation makes sure the storytelling adapts to the device without ever getting in its own way.

In Case You Were Wondering...

OWC was my first job out of college. Working at OWC taught me about product photography, digital ads, email campaigns, webpages I built and maintained, a CMS I helped ship, an e-commerce site I helped rebuild from the ground up, user testing on all of it. I got to touch every part of how a product reaches a customer, and that range is still how I think about the work today.
